RETURNS POLICY

I)                 COMMERCIAL RETURNS

Regularly stocked items may be returned if they have not been used and can be sent back in the original packing. You have 14 days from the confirmation of your order to return items. Please contact our Customer Service center prior to returning an item so that we can create a return authorization for you and email you the appropriate instruction to complete the returns process. Once the item has been received by our warehouse, our team will inspect the product and then you will be credited the full amount you paid for the product, minus a 25% restocking fee. We charge a restocking fee to avoid raising our prices and charging customers impractical return fees. In fact, our restocking fee is 10% lower than the industry standard of 35%!

Any items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer may be returned if unused, corresponding to a 25% restocking fee. Since manufacturer’s policies differ, please contact one of our specialists in order to provide you with the appropriate and accurate information pertaining to the item of interest.

The return shipping fee is to be paid by the customer, and for international returns additional fees may apply.

*All items over $500 are subject to 25% Restocking Fee.

II)               RESIDENTIAL RETURNS
