You have to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kitchen Emporium or we're not satisfied.
Kitchen Emporium offers quality merchandise, but occasionally an item must be returned. If you need to return merchandise, please call our customer service department, 888.987.7018, firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Central Time.
- We will deduct a 25% restocking fee for all items returned or exchanged.
- An item may be returned for credit up to 7 days after your receipt of the product.
- Products that have been used and are not defective, can not be returned.
- Full credit for the product's cost will be available for returns authorized within 7 days of your receipt of merchandise.
- A 35% handling fee will be assessed if the merchandise is not returned in original packaging or resalable condition.
- All Custom Orders are Non-Refundable
- A credit to your charge account or in-store merchandise credit is available when the merchandise is received by Kitchen Emporium and reviewed and test.
- Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable and you pay shipping charges to return the merchandise.
- We do offer Free shipping on some product exchanges.
We package every order in a manner to prevent shipping damage and all orders are shipped insured. But we are unable to control the shipment of the package after it leaves our warehouse. If a package is lost or damaged, we have to follow the carrier's procedures.
As a general policy, you should never accept receipt of merchandise until you inspect the outside packaging for damage.
Upon inspection, should you find the merchandise is damaged, contact your local UPS or USPS office immediately and contact us so we can file a Damage Claim Report. UPS will respond within 8 business days, USPS takes longer.
If you report to us that you have not received the item we shipped, we can not ship a replacement item until we receive word back from the from the carrier that they have lost the package. In most cases, UPS is able to locate the package and you should receive it within a few days.
Kitchen Cart, Islands & Furniture Orders: All Kitchen Carts, Kitchen Islands and Kitchen Furniture are shipped directly from their respective manufacturers. If the Cart, Island or Furniture arrives damaged, the manufacturers policies supercede ours. In most cases they will only send a replacement of the damaged piece(s) and not an entirely new cart, island or furniture.
We try hard to offer quality products from reputable manufacturers. But occasionally something can go wrong in the manufacturing process. We offer a 7 day guarantee (from the date we ship the merchandise) on all merchandise sold. Beyond that, most manufacturers have policies for handling defective merchandise and their policies supersede ours.
Should the product be defective, please contact the manufacturer and follow their instructions.
If the problem is not satisfactorily resolved, please contact Kitchen Emporium's Customer Service Department and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
If you received a gift purchased at Kitchen Emporium and you choose to return it, we will gladly exchange the item for another of like value or issue a Kitchen Emporium credit towards a future purchase.
Kitchen Emporium will match the price of any reputable and legitimate competitor. This price match does not include rebates or special deals offered by other competitors. The competitor must have the item in stock.
Within 5 days of purchase, if you find the identical product, exact models only, normally sold elsewhere on the net for a lower price, we will match the price or refund the difference.
Kitchen Emporium reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. In the event an order is cancelled due to incorrect pricing, a credit will be applied to the credit card used.
10% OFF: We do currently offer 10% off any order of $500 or more, cutlery pieces and repeat orders. This discount is not accumulative. No more than 10% will be discounted. We will deduct the 10% from the products subtotal at the time of shipping.
UPS shipping charges are based on weight, distance and dimensions of the package. We insure the package to the value of your order.
Free Shipping: We do currently offer FREE SHIPPING on any order of $500 or more. The advertised Free shipping applies to packages shipping UPS/fedex GROUND ONLY within the lower 48 US states. Shipping charges do apply to APO, PO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and expedited shipping.
Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed, however delays sometimes occur. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer are subject to their availability and may take longer to ship (up to 72 hours). Kitchen Furniture may take up to 2 weeks to be sent for delivery.
Custom Orders may take up to 21 days for delivery.

We collect sales tax on all shipments to New York only.
Kitchen Emporium will only ship to addresses located in the continuous 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses and Canada. All orders from outside of these areas will be cancelled.
Kitchen Emporium accepts payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover and we offer several ways to complete your transaction.
We are concerned about on-line security and transmitting of personal and credit card information. For this reason we provide a secured server and maintain a system we feel is safe.

Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel an order. If an order is already processing in our warehouse and being packed to ship, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled. In order to maintain accuracy and efficiency in our order process, we are unable to alter any orders after they have been placed. If you would like to add to or modify your order in any way, please contact a Customer Solutions Specialist to cancel the order so you can reorder exactly what you need. Our warehouse works on the weekends to package orders up so they are ready for shipment on Monday morning. Although we do not ship on the weekends, if an order is packaged to ship over a weekend and billed out, the order is not able to be canceled. If we cannot cancel an order because it has already shipped from our warehouse, please see our returns procedures. Should an order be cancelled, there is a 25% restocking fee and shipping is nonrefundable. Even if the shipping charge is listed as $0 on the order, the true shipping cost is charged. Canceled orders may be subject to up to 10% cancellation fees.
