Eagle Ceramic Cutlery
Ceramic knives are gaining in popularity. Their
blades are stronger and sharper than steel and don't need to be
sharpened nearly as often.
Two blades styles available - Zirconium Oxide and
Zirconium Carbide. A special "sintering" process turns the blades from
white to black and changes the chemical make up from Zirconium Oxide
to Zirconium Carbide. The Carbide blade is then several times harder.
