Accessory Mode removes the optimal amount of air from canisters and other accessories. Vacuum Mode Switch controls the setting for vacuum packaging in bags or accessories. It has a full-sized vacuum channel that catches overflow liquid and fits any size FoodSaver bag for maximum versatility.
