As the dough rises in the Brotform, the basket's coils and flour dusting provide a beautiful shape and decor for a traditional hearth loaf.

Simply flour the Brotform, kneed the dough (by hand or machine) and place it in the basket to rise. Once the dough has sufficiently risen, unmold the loaf and transfer it onto a baking sheet.
