These molds are ideal for creating terrines and
pâté which require uniform cooking. The tight seal of the dish
allows for easy layering and slicing. The top lid has small holes
for venting. The slightly flared sides of the dish allow for easy
unmolding. Molds are made of enamel cast-iron and each hold
1 1/4 Qts. The dimensions are interior and do not include the
thickness of the material. Molds sold separately.
