bonded layers. An all 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface, a pure
aluminum core for even heating, and a brushed aluminum alloy
exterior. All 3 layers extend all the way up the sides for
exceptional heating. The Master Chef line is not intended for the
dishwasher.
