quartz light mechanism for melting the cheese. The cheese holder swivels
and slants downward so the melted cheese can easily be scraped onto a
plate.
The set is designed to accommodate a quarter round of raclette
cheese. The base is made of lacquered steel. The cheese holder is made
of nickel steel
