This rack provides the extra shelving space for pots and utensils, but is does not take up as much room as most pot racks. The half circle provides room for larger pots and pans. And the long extensions are ideal for utensils and smaller pans. Also the wall brackets can accommodate a standard 1" by 4" wood shelf (not included) for extra shelving space.
