Choose the smoothest side of the food to be stuffed and place it
facing down on your work surface.
Use
a knife to create a cavity in the food to be stuffed. Be
cautious not to cut through the sides.
Lay
out a sheet and place the stuffing you have on it. Keep in
mind that you will be able to place the stuffing in any order you
want, this will enable you to create a pattern once the item is
cooked, sliced and served.
Roll the stuffing
up in the sheet, forming a uniform cylinder (if at all possible have
the stuffing come right out to the end of the cylinder that will be
inserted in to the food to be stuffed.
Gently insert the rolled sheet (cylinder) with a slight rotating
motion to the desired depth.
Select the rod which most closely fits the inside of the rolled
sheet and press on the rod to deposit your stuffing. As you
push the rod into the rolled sheet remove the rolled sheet by
sliding it back while pushing the rod forward.
