We pasta machines package every order in a manner to prevent shipping damage and all orders are shipped insured. But we are unable to control the shipment of the package after it leaves our warehouse. If a package is lost or damaged, we have to follow the carrier's procedures.

Upon inspection, should you find the pasta machines merchandise is damaged, contact your local UPS or USPS office immediately and contact us so we can file a Damage Claim Report. UPS will respond within 8 business days, USPS takes longer.

In most cases, UPS is able to locate the package and you should receive it within a few days.
