Hungry Monkey Sangria

Sangría is a wine punch which originated in Spain and Portugal.

Ingredients:
-         1 bottle Riojo (or other inexpensive red wine)
-         1 cup SpriteI'm a Hungry Monkey
-         ½ cup orange juice
-         ½ cup Brandy
-         ¼ cup Grand Mariner or Triple Sec
-         1/3 cup coconut rum (optional)
-         2 Medium Oranges (sliced)
-         2 Limes (thinly sliced and wedged)
-         2 Lemons (thinly sliced)
-         1 Can of Pineapple Chunks in Juice

Slice 1 each of lemon, lime and orange using a knife or mandoline.  In a large stockpot or large serving container, combine all liquids, pineapple chunks with juice and sliced fruit.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Remove soaked fruit from stockpot and discard.  Slice the other lemon, lime and orange.  Pour liquid with fruit into ice filled glasses and serve.Image of Garnishing Kit
