Corner Sinks

Restaurant corners are often dead space, turning into tiny storage spaces for boxes. Use that space for functional corner sinks. With a three-sink configuration, the 90-degree angle houses the sinks with drainboards flanking both sides. Two employees can work on either end of the corner sink to increase efficiency when cleaning food or washing dishes.

Sturdy, stainless steel legs hold the corner sink steady as it uses the back wall as another stabilizing source. Employees appreciate the rolled rims to avoid cuts from sharp edges as they lean over the sink. By using corner sinks, you free up limited kitchen space for other useful items, from extra refrigeration to work tables.
